Ordering & Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery

All licenses are delivered digitally via email. After payment confirmation, please allow 2 to 4 hours for your license key and download instructions to be sent to your inbox.

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and verification requirements. If you have not received your license within 4 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@paragonsoftwares.com.

Exchanges & No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

If the license key you received does not function as described, you may be eligible for a product exchange within 7 days of purchase. Please refer to our full Refund & Exchange Policy for details.
