100% Digital Delivery. ParagonSoftwares sells digital software licenses only. There is no physical product, no postal shipping, and no tracking number. All licenses are delivered via email within 2 to 4 hours of payment confirmation.

The Process

How Delivery Works

Place Your Order

Select your product and complete checkout. Make sure the email address you enter is correct — this is where your license will be delivered.

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This starts the delivery window.

Order Verification

Our team reviews your order to ensure the correct license is assigned to your account. This step typically takes between 2 and 4 hours during business hours.

License Delivered by Email

Your license key, product version, and download instructions are sent to your email address. You can then install and activate the software immediately.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery time is 2 to 4 hours after payment confirmation. This applies to all orders placed during business hours.

Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays may take slightly longer. In all cases, we aim to deliver within 24 hours maximum.

We do not offer guaranteed instant delivery. If you need your license urgently, we recommend placing your order during business hours and noting this in the order comments field.

No Physical Shipping

All products sold by ParagonSoftwares are digital. We do not ship any physical items. There are no:

  • Physical CDs, DVDs, or USB drives
  • Printed license certificates or documentation
  • Postal deliveries of any kind
  • Shipping fees or carrier charges

Everything you need — the license key, download link, and installation guide — is included in the delivery email.

What You Receive by Email

Your delivery email will include:

  • Your unique software license key
  • A direct download link for the software installer
  • Step-by-step activation instructions
  • Support contact details in case you need help during installation

Did Not Receive Your License?

If you have not received your license within 4 hours of payment confirmation, please follow these steps before contacting support:

  • Check your spam or junk mail folder
  • Search your inbox for emails from support@paragonsoftwares.com
  • Verify that the email address you entered at checkout is correct
  • Wait the full 4-hour window, particularly for orders placed outside business hours

If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your license, contact us at support@paragonsoftwares.com with your order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Section 5

International Orders

Since all our products are delivered digitally, we accept orders from customers worldwide. There are no import duties, customs fees, or regional shipping restrictions.

Please note that some software titles may have regional licensing restrictions set by the original publisher. Check the product listing for any geographic limitations before purchasing.
