No Refund Policy

All sales on ParagonSoftwares.com are final. We sell digital software licenses that are delivered electronically. Once a license key has been delivered to your email address, it cannot be returned, reversed, or refunded.

This policy is consistent with standard digital goods practices and is applied equally to all customers regardless of the reason for the request. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Exchange Policy

While we do not issue refunds, we are committed to making sure every customer receives a working, activatable license. If the license key you received does not work, we will exchange it for a valid replacement at no additional cost.

An exchange may be granted under the following conditions:

• The license key provided does not activate on the intended software version
• The key has already been used and was not functional at the time of delivery
• You received the wrong product compared to what was listed in your order
• The license key was not delivered within 4 hours of confirmed payment

Exchanges are not available if the license was successfully activated and the request is based on a change of mind, incompatibility with your operating system, or the software not meeting personal preferences.

Delivery Timeframe

All license keys are delivered digitally via email. After your payment is confirmed, please allow 2 to 4 hours for your license key and download instructions to arrive in your inbox.

Before submitting an exchange request for non-delivery, we ask that you:

• Check your spam or junk mail folder
• Verify that the email address provided at checkout is correct
• Wait the full 4-hour window after payment confirmation

If you have not received your license after 4 hours, contact us at support@paragonsoftwares.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for exchange.

Please include the following in your email:

• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• A description of the issue you are experiencing
• A screenshot of the activation error (if applicable)

What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for exchange or any form of compensation:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incompatibility with hardware or operating systems not specified in the product listing
• License keys that were activated and then deactivated by the customer
• Duplicate purchases made by the same customer
• Failure to install due to user error or system configuration issues
• Requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date
